Legacy Golf Course Architecture is an international golf course architecture firm founded in 2014 by George Philpott.  Mentored by international Golf Architect Ronald Fream, in his early years George had the opportunity to design golf courses in unique environments all over the globe as a designer at Golfplan. Through his design work in 52 different countries, George has gained a broad understanding and perspective that he brings with him to every new project.

He now brings his diverse experience to Legacy, where we offer expert documentation, high quality graphics, and focused design at a lower price than our competitors.  Our education, knowledge, resourcefulness, and efficiency allow the company to operate with low overhead costs.  These savings we then pass on to you, our client.  With long experience in golf course developments of all kinds - remodeling, new builds, restoration, & associated housing development and layout - we look forward to assisting you with your remodel or new build from concept to reality.
